INDICATION
Selective α1-adrenoceptor antagonist that relaxes prostate and bladder neck Indicated for the treatment of lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS) associated with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) in adult men.
ADMINISTRATION
Smooth muscles, improving urinary flow and reducing obstruction symptoms.
Caution advised in patients with orthostatic hypotension or severe hepatic insufficiency.
DOSAGE
Once-daily oral dosing, taken after the first daily meal to ensure consistent absorption. Well-tolerated with a favourable cardiovascular safety profile
